    These (in-person) sessions are created to provide compassionate support for groups going through difficult times.

    They offer a safe space for healing and meaningful conversations, helping you and your loved ones explore, acknowledge, embrace, and release emotions while fostering inner alignment and deeper connections.

    Whether you're navigating tough discussions with friends, healing rifts within a family, or working through challenges as a group to recover and grow together, these sessions are designed to guide you toward collective healing and understanding.

  • What To Expect:

    This unique (up to) 2-hour in-person session is tailored to your group's specific needs, with a 30-minute pre-session call to discuss your preferences.

    Whether you're navigating tough conversations with family, healing friendships, or helping a group recover and grow, this safe space offers compassionate guidance.

    Depending on your requests, the session can include prayer, stress-relief techniques, and energy healing to help release what no longer serves, foster deeper connections, and promote mindful awareness and inner peace.

  • What Is Included:

    30-minute Opening Consult phone call

    I’ll take some time to learn about your group and in what current season of life you find yourselves.

    (up to) 120 min Compassion Visit

    During an up-to-2-hour session, techniques will be thoughtfully curated to meet the unique needs of your group. Some optional practices may include:

    Mindful Communication Tools: Learn how to express emotions with clarity and compassion, while fostering active listening to encourage authentic dialogue.

    Energy Healing: Reiki or other energy medicine techniques will be used to release emotional blockages and promote group harmony.

    Guided Meditation & Visualization: A group meditation to center everyone, cultivate calm, and create space for introspection and shared understanding.

    Emotional Processing Exercises: Explore emotions together, allowing each individual to acknowledge and release what no longer serves while finding balance and alignment.

    Journaling & Reflective Prompts: Guided writing prompts to help individuals explore their feelings and share insights with the group.

    Follow-up

    In a week, I will touch base via text/email to see how things are going for you.
