What It Is:
This is a curated focus series of 5 Mind Body Immersion sessions.
We will work together during each session (each one can be up to 3hrs) to learn and apply techniques to:
Preparing The Self, Release Stagnating Emotions, Befriend and Repattern Stress Responses, Discover and Repattern Limiting Beliefs, Journey Within for Inner Answers.
These sessions at minimum will take 5 - 6 weeks to complete. It is necessary to allow for time in between sessions to get the most out of the work.

What To Expect:
In this series, you can expect a profound journey of self-discovery and healing.
Each session is crafted to help you uncover and repattern limiting shadow beliefs, safely release stagnant emotions, and transform your stress responses.
You will experience a blend of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, crystal, chrome, and sound bathing, Energy Medicine, and vision questing practices, including tarot, rituals, and meditation.
This holistic approach provides a safe and nurturing environment where you will reconnect with your inner self, realign fragmented aspects of your being, and embrace a life more deeply aligned with your true essence.
Each session builds upon the previous one, guiding you toward greater self-awareness and harmony.
**Note:** Each session is anywhere from 1.5 hours up to 3 hours.

Session 1: Preparing The Self
- Consultation we will map out expectations, hopes, and intentions for the next 5 sessions.
-Full Energy Assessment of your personal energy organizations. We will also make corrections and follow the energy where needed.
-Personal Daily Energy Self Care work to take home. This will help us see which corrections are holding and which need more attention for your energy's overall harmony.
-Dreamwork Journal these will be the dreams we work with over the next few sessions to uncover guidance from your higher self.
Session 2: Release Stagnating Emotions
- Techniques to safely release stored emotions in the body
- Crystal, chromotherapy, and sound bathing sessions
- Energy Medicine practices for emotional release
- Visualization exercises for emotional clarity
Session 3: Befriend and Repattern Stress Responses

Session 4: Discover and Repattern Limiting Beliefs
- Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques

- Ritual practices for dismantling limiting beliefs
Session 5: Journey Within for Inner Answers
- Vision questing through meditation and ritual practices
- Tarot and ceremonial rituals for deeper insights
- Integration of all techniques learned in previous sessions
- Personalized guidance for continued self-discovery and healing
