  • What It Is:

    These uniquely designed 2-hour sessions (virtual or in-person) are focused on building and deepening romantic relationships.

    In each session, we explore how energy systems—such as the aura, chakras, and meridians—shape our connections, learning to recognize and harmonize these energies to improve communication and intimacy.

    Through dialogue, gentle guidance, and healing rituals, we work to clear energetic blocks, release emotional imprints from past experiences, and cultivate a healthier, more harmonious relationship.

    Together, we create sacred space to develop bonds, enhance communication, and express vulnerability, grounding your relationship in wisdom and aligning with your heart's path for expansion and growth.

  • What To Expect:

    At the start of the session (virtual or in-person), we have a 5 to 10-minute mindful meditation to help ground your being.

    Then, we will spend time with an oracle reading designed to deepen your relationship with yourself and your intuition, illuminating any shadowwork that could be addressed. We will also discuss and process any needs or intentions you’d like to share and work on.

    We will explore your energy systems—such as the aura, chakras, and meridians—to recognize and harmonize these energies, improving communication and intimacy in your relationship. I will guide you through various tips and techniques that can be easily incorporated into your daily life, equipping you with steps to reconnect and heal.

    Each session will include a small ritual, such as love gazing, intention setting with teas or candles, cranial nerve massages, or crystal grids, to bring stability and intimacy to your relationship, whether with yourself or your partner. These rituals, combined with our dialogue and gentle guidance, will help you ground your relationship, release emotional imprints from past experiences, and align with your heart’s path.

    At the end of each session, I will guide you in a “curated for your needs” mindful meditation to help release what is no longer serving you.

    I will update you with any notes from our session and follow up with you one week after our session.

    If you have booked a 5-for-4 session pack, at the end of our initial 4-week session, we will begin a gentle check-in period with two check-ins (via email or text) over the following month to see how your process is going and help you adjust where needed.

    Guided Meditations
    I will guide you through various mindful meditations designed to help you release any harbored energy that causes dis-ease in your body and mind, aligning you with your path of personal growth.

    Healing Rituals
    Learn and practice small rituals that stabilize you in our fast-paced world, helping you discover missing intimacy within yourself and with your partner. These include love gazing, cranial massages, burial meditations, herbal bath rituals (performed at home), hip-openers, breath connections, and more.

    Think/Act/Breathe
    Learn daily life tools and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques for grounding, emotion regulation, and mood stabilization, ensuring a balanced and harmonious life.

    Post-Check-ins

    1-time sessions: I will check in with you one week after our session (via text or email) to see how things are developing and offer support where needed.

    5-for-4 session pack: Over the next month, I will check in with you twice (via short phone call) to see how things are progressing and provide additional support as needed.
