What It Is:
In this supportive (online or in-person) community, individuals share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs, fostering a sense of connection and understanding. Whether you're grappling with work stress, relationship issues, or health concerns, these sessions provide a safe space to explore and address your unique needs. Expect to emerge from each session with newfound clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of well-being.
This is an option for two monthly group classes of 90 minutes. Zoom or In-person. Expertly led by Nicole Bills, certified in MBSR, Energy Medicine, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Life Guidance coach, once a month.
*** Each session offers a tailored focus on mindfulness for stress reduction, incorporating energy medicine practices for self-care to balance and restore our energy, followed by shared time and a 30-minute group meditation.

We’ll take some time to set intentions for the session and update group-share news
30-min Teaching and Practicing Techniques
Guided lesson in mindfulness, breathwork, and energy medicine techniques designed to unblock, balance, and reduce/process stress in the body.
30-min Meditation
Guided meditations focused on Mindfulness-Based-Stress Reduction
15-minute Closing
We’ll take some time to review what we have learned and experienced.

If you would like to have a guest, please email me with 24 hours prior notice. You can either choose to Venmo me or be invoiced for a one-time guest pass fee of $25.
